Junk Removal and Property Cleanouts, Orlando Through South Florida

Point at what needs to go and step back. Our crew loads it, hauls it, and handles the disposal arrangements — from one heavy couch in a second-floor walk-up to an entire garage, office, or job site cleared down to the slab.

The pile isn't going anywhere on its own

You know what needs to go. The hard part is everything after that.

Renting a truck. Finding help who can actually lift it. Figuring out where a mattress, a busted patio set, or six contractor bags of drywall are supposed to end up. Most people stall out somewhere in the middle and the pile stays put for another month.

We take the whole middle section off your plate. You show us the items, we confirm what we're able to accept, and the crew handles the lifting, the loading, and the trip out. What you're left with is a garage you can park in, a unit you can list, or a job site the next trade can work in.

We do the lifting

Nothing needs to be dragged to the curb first. Point it out where it sits and the crew works from there.

One trip, one point of contact

No coordinating a rental, a dump run, and two friends with bad backs across three weekends.

Straight answers on what we take

Some material needs review before it moves. We'll tell you plainly, before the truck is loaded.

Sized to the job

A single appliance pickup and a full four-bedroom cleanout are both normal work weeks for us.

What we do

Junk removal, cleanouts, and debris hauling

Residential and commercial work across the state's east coast corridor, from single-item pickups to properties that need to be emptied end to end.

Residential Junk Removal

Furniture, mattresses, boxes, old exercise equipment, and the general accumulation that fills a garage or spare room. Single items or whole rooms.

Commercial Junk Removal

Offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and property management turnovers. Desks, shelving, fixtures, pallets, and accumulated back-of-house clutter.

Property & Estate Cleanouts

Full-property clearing for estates, downsizing, moves, and inherited homes where nearly everything inside needs to be sorted and removed.

Furniture & Bulky Items

Sectionals, mattresses, box springs, dressers, desks, and awkward pieces that will not fit down a stairwell without a plan.

Construction & Renovation Debris

Post-job cleanup for contractors and homeowners: drywall scrap, torn-out cabinets, old flooring, trim, and general jobsite leftovers.

Yard & Outdoor Debris

Trimmings, broken patio furniture, old fencing sections, playsets, and the pile behind the shed that has been growing since last season.

Who calls us

Homeowners, renters, landlords, agents, and crews

Different reasons, same request: get it out of here and make the space usable again.

Homeowners

Garages, attics, spare bedrooms, and the "we'll deal with it later" corner of the lanai.

Landlords & Property Managers

Turnovers between tenants, left-behind belongings, and units that need to be shown quickly.

Real Estate Agents

Listings that need to photograph well and closings with a hard date attached to them.

Families Handling an Estate

Whole-house clearing after a move to assisted living, a downsize, or a loss in the family.

Contractors & Remodelers

Debris hauled off between phases so the next trade isn't working around a pile.

Offices & Retail

Old furniture, shelving, displays, and storage rooms cleared during a move or refresh.

Warehouses & Facilities

Accumulated pallets, damaged racking, and back-lot clutter taking up working square footage.

Anyone Mid-Move

The last 20% that doesn't make the truck and can't stay behind.

Commonly requested items

What we're often asked to remove

This is a starting list, not a limit. Acceptance depends on the item, its condition, the weight, how we can reach it, and where it needs to go afterward. If something on your property isn't listed here, send a photo and we'll tell you whether we can take it.

Appliances, electronics, tires, and anything containing refrigerant are handled under item-specific requirements. Ask before removal day so we can plan the load correctly.

Ask Us First

Some material has to be reviewed before anyone moves it — and that includes you. If an item is unusual, regulated, hazardous, leaking, pressurized, toxic, flammable, corrosive, reactive, or exceptionally heavy, stop and contact us before handling it. A quick photo and a short description usually settles the question fast.

Items that require advance review include:

  • Paint
  • Solvents
  • Fuel
  • Oil
  • Chemicals
  • Pesticides
  • Pool chemicals
  • Propane tanks
  • Pressurized containers
  • Batteries
  • Refrigerators
  • Items containing refrigerant
  • Tires
  • Electronics
  • Medical waste
  • Sharps
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Asbestos-containing material
  • Contaminated soil
  • Biohazardous material
  • Leaking containers
  • Flammable material
  • Corrosive material
  • Reactive material
  • Toxic material
  • Extremely heavy specialty items

We do not accept hazardous or regulated materials, and nothing on this page should be read as confirmation that a specific item can be hauled. Call, text, or chat before moving questionable material so we can review it and point you in the right direction.

How it works

Three steps from cluttered to clear

  1. Send the details

Call, text, chat, or fill out the quote request. Tell us the city or ZIP code, what needs to go, roughly how much there is, and how our crew will reach it. Photos speed this up more than anything else.

  2. We review and respond

We look at the material type, the volume, the access, and the disposal requirements, then get back to you about what we can accept and what the project would involve. Questionable items get flagged here, not on removal day.

  3. We load it and haul it out

The crew arrives, confirms the scope with you on site, does the lifting and loading, and clears the space. You point; we carry.

Why call us

Reasons to send us your project

Four ways to reach us

Phone, text, email, or website chat. Use whichever one you'd actually use, including at 9pm when you finally opened the garage.

Photos get you a faster answer

A few pictures of the pile, the stairs, and the doorway tell us more than a paragraph ever will.

Clear about limits

If we can't take something, you'll hear it early and directly instead of finding out when the truck is already in the driveway.

We plan the access, not just the pile

Stairs, elevators, gated entries, tight hallways, and long carries all change the job. We ask about them up front.

Small jobs are still jobs

One mattress out of a third-floor condo is a legitimate request. So is emptying an entire warehouse bay.

A wide but honest territory

West Palm Beach is home base, and we travel for qualifying projects. We'll confirm your address rather than assume it.

Where we work

Based in West Palm Beach and available for qualifying projects from Orlando through South Florida

Coverage is organized by region. Not every community receives the same availability, and travel distance is part of how a project is evaluated.

Greater Orlando & Central Florida

Orlando and Kissimmee, for qualifying projects based on size, material, and scheduling.

Space Coast & Treasure Coast

Melbourne, Palm Bay, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, and Stuart.

Palm Beach County

West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.

Broward County

Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and surrounding communities.

Miami-Dade County

Miami and nearby areas, subject to access, job size, and scheduling.

Additional Florida Locations

Other communities from Orlando south are considered based on project details. Ask and we'll give you a straight answer.

Availability may depend on location, project size, material type, access, distance, and scheduling. Call, text, or chat to confirm service for your property.

About the company

A West Palm Beach hauling company built around clear communication

All Services All Pros LLC handles junk removal, trash and debris removal, and property cleanouts for residential and commercial customers along Florida's east coast corridor. The work is straightforward: review the project honestly, show up prepared for the access we'll actually face, and leave the space genuinely usable.

We'd rather ask three extra questions before removal day than discover a surprise on site. That applies to the material itself, the path out of the building, and anything that needs a closer look before it moves.

What you can expect from us

  • Questions about access before we quote, not after
  • A direct answer on items we can and can't accept
  • Respect for floors, walls, doorways, and landscaping
  • Scope confirmed with you on site before loading begins
  • Follow-through on what was agreed to

These are operating principles for how we run projects, not legal guarantees.

Common questions

Questions we get before a project starts

What areas do you serve?

We are based in West Palm Beach and take on qualifying projects from Orlando south, including the Space Coast and Treasure Coast, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County. Availability may depend on location, project size, material type, access, distance, and scheduling. Call, text, or chat to confirm service for your property.

How do I get pricing for my project?

Send us the project details by phone, text, email, chat, or the quote request form. Pricing depends on volume, material type, weight, labor, stairs, carry distance, access, required equipment, travel distance, and disposal requirements, so the more you tell us, the more useful our response will be. Photos of the items and the path out of the property help most.

Do I need to move everything to the curb first?

No. Show the crew what needs to go and they handle the lifting and loading, as long as the items are ones we are able to accept and the work area can be reached safely.

Which items need approval before removal day?

Anything unusual, regulated, hazardous, leaking, pressurized, toxic, flammable, corrosive, reactive, or exceptionally heavy requires advance review. That includes paint, solvents, fuel, oil, chemicals, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane tanks, pressurized containers, batteries, refrigerators and other items containing refrigerant, tires, electronics, medical waste, sharps, ammunition, explosives, asbestos-containing material, contaminated soil, and biohazardous material. Contact us before moving questionable material.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Yes. We work in homes, rentals, estates, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and job sites, on projects ranging from a single furniture pickup to a full property cleanout.

Can you take construction and renovation debris?

Yes, we remove accepted construction and renovation debris such as drywall scrap, torn-out cabinets, old flooring, and trim. Heavy material, restricted material, and unusually dense loads are reviewed first so the project is planned correctly.

What information should I have ready when I contact you?

Have your project city or ZIP code, whether the property is residential or commercial, the type of items or debris, roughly how much there is, how the crew will reach the items, and your preferred timing. Photos and notes about stairs, elevators, gates, or long carry distances are all useful.
